There are many factors that may affect an exchange's decision to delist a listed asset. Delisting ProcessWhen an asset is delisted, all trading pairs associated with it will be suspended and removed. Prior to the suspension of trading, the exchange will issue an official announcement to notify all users. Before the delisting, users can still trade until the trading is suspended. It should be noted that during the 10 minutes prior to the suspension of trading, users are not allowed to open new positions. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers regarding the upgraded perpetual contract bonus system: <h3>1️⃣ Why does my available balance appear normal, but the order fails with the message "Bonus cannot be used alone"?</h3>This means your account only contains bonus funds and no actual cash balance. The system does not allow opening positions using bonus alone. Please deposit additional funds and try again. <h3>2️⃣ Why can't I open a new high-leverage position, even though I already hold one? The system says "Leverage has exceeded the maximum limit."</h3>There are two possible reasons:<ol><li>When you first opened the position, your cash + bonus total equity was above the platform threshold. Please close your positions or cancel your orders before transferring funds. <h3>6️⃣ Why was my bonus cleared after I successfully transferred out funds?</h3>According to platform rules, if you transfer funds while holding bonus, the system will automatically clear your bonus. A pop-up confirmation will appear before the transfer — please review it carefully. <h3>7️⃣ Why were my pending orders canceled when my bonus expired?</h3>If the bonus expires while still in use, the system will first cancel pending orders to reclaim the bonus. When Will the Transaction Fees Be Charged?

Trader Eligibility</h3>To become a BYDFi trader, you must meet the following requirements:<ul><li>Possess a verifiable and market-proven professional trading strategy</li><li>Demonstrate stable and outstanding trading performance</li><li>Maintain a strict risk management system</li><li>Recognize and adhere to BYDFi’s brand values, mission, and vision</li><li>Be familiar with BYDFi’s product capabilities and trading environment</li><li>Be willing to collaborate with BYDFi for long-term growth and development</li></ul> <h3>2. Code of Conduct</h3>Traders must comply with the following code of conduct:<ul><li>Must not make any negative, defamatory, or misleading statements that could harm BYDFi’s reputation</li><li>Must not guarantee returns or make misleading promises to attract followers</li><li>Must assist followers in achieving optimal trading results within their risk tolerance through reasonable risk management</li><li>Must avoid using extremely high-risk strategies that expose followers to uncontrollable risks</li><li>Must not engage in any malicious activities that could lead to market manipulation, system abuse, or unfair trading experiences for users</li><li>If a trading strategy results in significant losses for more than five consecutive days and the trader fails to adjust or close positions, causing severe losses to followers, BYDFi reserves the right to intervene</li><li>Strictly prohibited from using multiple accounts for wash trading, market manipulation, or other illicit trading activities</li><li>Must not engage in any form of malicious manipulation, such as participating in wash trading, artificially increasing the number of followers, or inflating the amount of capital invested by followers.
